hereinafter referred to as the "Provider".

2.1. This Public Offer is an official proposal of the Provider to enter into a service agreement under the terms set forth herein.

2.2. The Customer is an individual or legal entity that has reviewed this Offer, agreed to its terms, and paid for the services.

2.3. Making a payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance by the Customer of the terms of this Offer.

2.4. From the moment of payment, the agreement between the Provider and the Customer is deemed concluded.

2.5. Prior to payment, the Customer is obliged to independently review:

• the course curriculum
• the pricing
• the duration of access
• the learning format
• refund conditions

this Offer.

3.1. The Provider undertakes to provide the Customer with access to the online course:

Course title: "AI CREATOR: From 0 to PRO" and/or "AI CREATOR: MINI".

3.2. Course subject: Training in AI content creation, neural networks, image and video generation, visual content production, and AI tools workflow.

3.3. The course includes:

• video lessons
• text materials
• presentations
• homework assignments
• templates
• prompts
• instructions
• supplementary materials
• bonus materials
• access to the private Telegram channel

3.4. Number of lessons / modules: 40 lessons and 19 homework assignments.

3.5. The up-to-date course curriculum is hosted in the Telegram channel.

4.1. Training is conducted remotely via the Internet.

4.2. Course hosting platform: Telegram channel.

4.3. Materials are unlocked immediately after payment.

4.4. Access is granted automatically upon successful payment.

4.5. Access period: Lifetime (indefinite). In the event of Telegram channel discontinuation, the Provider reserves the right to migrate materials to another platform while preserving Customer access.

5.1. Course pricing:

"AI CREATOR: From 0 to PRO" — 29,990 KZT ($59)

"AI CREATOR: From 0 to PRO" (with support) — 44,990 KZT ($99)

"AI CREATOR: MINI" — 11,990 KZT ($25)

5.2. The price includes: Access to all video lessons, learning materials, presentations, practical homework, templates, prompts, supplementary and bonus materials, as well as access to the private Telegram channel.

5.3. Third-party services, software, neural network subscriptions, and paid tools used during training are not included in the course price and are paid for independently by the Customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Provider.

6.1. Payment is made via:

• bank card
• payment link
• bank transfer

6.2. Payment is made in a single lump-sum payment.

6.3. The Customer obligation to pay is deemed fulfilled upon receipt of funds.

7.1. Installment plan availability: None.

8.1. The Customer is obliged to provide accurate details to receive access to the course.

8.2. Access is provided via the following details:

• Telegram

E-mail.

8.3. If the Customer provides incorrect contact information, the Provider is not liable for delays in granting access.

8.4. The service is deemed commenced from the moment access to the course or its first part is granted to the Customer.

9.1. The Provider undertakes to:

• provide access to the paid course
• provide materials in accordance with the course program
• inform the Customer about the course progression procedure
• ensure access during the established period

provide feedback/support if included in the chosen tier.

9.2. The Provider has the right to:

• modify and update course materials
• add new materials

engage third parties to deliver specific services.

10.1. The Customer has the right to:

• access the paid materials
• study the course materials
• complete practical assignments

receive feedback if included in the selected tier.

10.2. The Customer is obliged to:

• independently provide Internet access
• have the necessary hardware devices
• register independently in required external services
• abide by course community rules
• not transfer access credentials to third parties

not copy or distribute course materials.

11.1. Feedback is included depending on the selected course tier.

11.2. Feedback channel: E-mail.

11.3. Response time: Within 24–48 hours.

11.4. Homework review: Provided according to the selected tier specifications.

12.1. Prior to payment, the Customer is obliged to independently review the curriculum, content, format, price, and terms of service.

12.2. After payment and provision of access to the materials of "AI CREATOR: From 0 to PRO" and "AI CREATOR: MINI", the service is deemed initiated.

12.3. Due to the digital nature of the course and immediate access to video lessons, presentations, instructions, templates, prompts, and bonus files, funds for services actually rendered are non-refundable.

12.4. Customer refusal to continue studying due to lack of time, change in personal circumstances, loss of interest, lack of practice, or subjective unmet expectations does not constitute grounds for refund of services rendered.

12.5. In case of a termination request, the Provider determines the potential refund amount minus the cost of services actually rendered and expenses incurred.

12.6. If the cost of rendered services and expenses equals or exceeds the amount paid, no refund shall be issued.

12.7. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: supportgambaylab@gmail.com.

12.8. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

13.1. All course materials are the intellectual property of the Provider or used under lawful license.

13.2. Such materials include video lessons, presentations, instructions, prompts, templates, checklists, texts, and course structure.

13.3. Purchasing the course grants the Customer a non-exclusive license solely for personal educational use.

13.4. It is strictly prohibited to share access with third parties, resell the course, publish materials publicly, record lessons, or copy content to create derivative courses.

13.5. In case of unauthorized distribution, the Provider reserves the right to terminate access without refund and seek legal remedies under applicable law.

14.1. The course involves third-party tools including ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kling AI, Krea, Canva, Flux, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, etc.

14.2. The Provider does not own or operate these third-party platforms.

14.3. The Provider is not liable for changes in pricing, interface, features, or regional availability of third-party platforms.

14.4. The Provider may update course tutorials when third-party software undergoes major updates.

15.1. The Provider delivers educational materials, know-how, and practical tools.

15.2. The Provider does not guarantee specific earnings, client acquisition, employment, or course payback.

15.3. Final results depend on the Customer dedication, practice, skills, and market conditions.

15.4. Results achieved by other students do not guarantee identical outcomes for the Customer.

16.1. To complete the course, the Customer may need a PC/laptop or smartphone, stable Internet connection, active Telegram account, valid email, and access to relevant AI platforms.

17.1. For service provision, the Provider may collect name, email, Telegram username, and order details.

17.2. Data is processed in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

18.1. The Provider may use reviews, student work, and feedback for marketing purposes only where proper consent has been provided.

19.1. The parties bear liability in accordance with this Offer and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

19.2. The Provider is not liable for technical issues on the Customer side or outages of third-party platforms.

20.1. The parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by extraordinary circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, warfare, civil unrest, widespread communications disruptions, and governmental restrictions.

21.1. The Provider reserves the right to amend this Offer.

21.2. The new version takes effect from the date of its publication on the website.

22.1. The parties shall seek to resolve disputes through negotiation.

22.2. Pre-trial claims may be submitted to: supportgambaylab@gmail.com.

22.3. Written responses are provided within 10 calendar days.

22.4. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

23.1. This Offer remains valid from publication until revoked or replaced by a new edition.
